Industrial automation services

Industrial automation services, from panel to software.

What we actually deliver

Not a generic list of skills: deliverable technical products.

Every service must leave something concrete behind: documents, software, tested panels or start-up evidence. This is the basis on which we set scope, timing and responsibility.

01

Project documents

Electrical schematics, panel layout, cable and I/O lists, BOMs and notes for wiring and maintenance.

Technical baseline for the workshop, the field and maintenance.
02

Machine software

PLC, HMI, SCADA, alarms, recipes, diagnostics, industrial networks and orderly backups.

Machine control that is readable and testable.
03

Control panels

Assembly, wiring, labelling, electrical tests and functional testing in the workshop.

Panel building with checks before delivery.
04

Line up and running

I/O checks, FAT, SAT, operator training, remote support and on-site assistance.

Start-up followed through to stabilisation.

Areas of work

Choose your entry point. The rest stays coordinated.

Every service has a dedicated page and a clear scope. We can work on a single block or manage the entire technical path, without losing continuity between design, panel, software and field.

01 Electrical engineering

Electrical engineering

We turn specifications, machine layouts and customer standards into schematics and documentation the workshop, machine side and maintenance can actually use.

Deliverables
Schematics, BOMs, layouts, cable lists, I/O
When it fits
New lines, revamping, panels to build
Explore electrical engineering
HMI panel installed on the machine for PLC control and supervision.
02 PLC / HMI / SCADA

Industrial software

We develop machine control, supervision, diagnostics and industrial networks with logic that stays readable, testable and maintainable after start-up.

Deliverables
PLC, HMI, SCADA, alarms, recipes, backups
When it fits
New automation, upgrades, data integration
Explore PLC/HMI/SCADA software
Industrial control panel open in the workshop with components, drives and tidy wiring.
03 Panel workshop

Control panel building

We build panels with tidy wiring, traceable components, complete labelling and electrical tests before delivery.

Deliverables
Wired panel, tests, reports, final documents
When it fits
Panel building, machine side, retrofit
Explore control panel building
Industrial plant in the field during testing, start-up and functional checks.
04 Field & support

Testing, start-up and support

We verify I/O, sequences and safety, run FAT/SAT, handle start-up, training and support after the plant goes live.

Deliverables
Checklists, FAT/SAT, training, open points
When it fits
First delivery, restart, post-start-up support

WHERE TO START

Every plant has a different entry point.

A new line needs architecture, schematics and logic built together. An existing plant needs method, survey work and risk control. A machine that is already built needs testing, start-up and field support.

D&D enters the project at the right point, first defining the technical scope and then the solution.

NEW LINE

We design the automation before it becomes a problem.

We start from the electrical architecture, schematics, panel and software to build a consistent base across documentation, wiring and PLC logic.

Ideal when the line still has to be designed or industrialised.
REVAMPING

We upgrade existing plants without losing control.

We analyse components, I/O, machine constraints, risks and downtime windows to work on the electrical and software side with a clear scope.

Ideal when the plant already runs but needs to be improved, updated or made more reliable.
START-UP & SUPPORT

We take the solution to the field, all the way to real operation.

We handle tests, FAT, SAT, training and technical support to reduce open points and make the handover easier to manage.

Ideal when you need to start up, verify or stabilise a line in production.
NOT SURE WHERE TO START? Tell us the state of your plant.

Whether it is a new line, a revamping or a commissioning, we can help you understand where to step in and which activities you actually need.
