thrown away a single job file.

Up-to-date drawings, PLC backups, test reports, bills of materials. If your plant came out of our shop, its folder is still here. All we need is the job number: six digits.

You’ll usually find it in the title block of the electrical drawings and on the delivery paperwork. I don’t have it

What’s in the folder.

  • as-built-drawings.pdf

    The drawings with the changes made on site, not the ones we started from.

  • backup/

    PLC, HMI, drives and parameters, with the date on them. To get running again after a failure.

  • io-report.xlsx

    Every signal with its address, the expected value and the value read during testing.

  • bill-of-materials.pdf

    Brand, model and part number of everything installed. So you can order the right spare part.

  • test-report.pdf

    What was tested, with the result, the date and a signature.

  • operating-notes.pdf

    Alarms, resets, limits, recipe changes: what the people on shift need.

The older the plant, the thinner the folder: we take a look and tell you right away what’s there and what isn’t.

Don’t have the number?

A photo of the control panel, one page of the drawings, or the year and name of the line is enough. We’ll track down the job ourselves.
